At American Hustler USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As we operate using print-on-demand technology, our return policy is designed to ensure quality while acknowledging the custom nature of our products.
Timeframes
- Report issues within 30 days of delivery
- Return requests must be initiated within this period
- No returns accepted after 30 days
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us immediately at jerrod@americanhustlerusa.com
- Provide clear photos of the defect
- Include your order number
- We’ll provide return instructions or authorize a reprint
We’ll cover return shipping for verified manufacturing defects.
Non-Defective Returns
As all items are custom-made:
- Size/fit issues: Please consult size charts before ordering
- Color variations: Minor variations are normal due to custom printing
- Design placement: Up to 0.5″ variation is standard
Refund Process
For approved returns:
- Original payment method refund
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs non-refundable unless defect
- Reprint option available for quality issues
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
Exchange Process
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead:
- Return eligible item
- Place new order
- Contact us for assistance if needed
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately
- Document any package damage
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Keep all packaging materials
